SINGAPORE, 1 July 2025 – VisionTech Pte Ltd (“VISION”),
a Singapore-based generative AI company, has entered a strategic partnership with FSBM Holdings Berhad
(“FSBM”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, FSBM I-Design Sdn. Bhd. (“FSBM I-Design”). This
agreement follows a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) signed on 16 January 2025 and marks a key
milestone in VisionTech’s goal to accelerate AI-driven transformation in Malaysia.
Under the partnership, VisionTech will localize and advance its Generative AI technology to address
challenges specific to Malaysia’s industries. FSBM I-Design will lead market execution—including sales,
customer engagement, technical support, training, and promotional activities—while VisionTech supports
with sales tools, technical expertise, and onboarding resources.
Both parties will co-develop go-to-market strategies tailored to different sectors. As part of the launch,
FSBM hosted “FSBM’s GEN AI FORUM 2025” this morning, which welcomed over 80 senior leaders and
tech professionals from 50 organizations.
Looking forward, the partnership may expand to include a Joint Venture (“JV”) in Malaysia and the
co-development of new AI-powered solutions. The collaboration aims to strengthen local market presence
and deliver impactful, scalable technology offerings.
